SHIPPING POLICY:
- Unfortunately orders will only be processed once the funds reflect in our bank account.
- Although we strive to fulfil orders as soon as possible the processing of your order may take up to 5 (five) to 7 (seven) business days before it is ready for shipment or pick-up in store, and the delivery of your shipment from pick-up may take 2 (two) to 3 (three) business days, depending on the option you chose at check-out. However, if the item/s is in stock it will be dispatched within a day or two.
- After receiving your order confirmation e-mail you will receive another e-mail or message as soon as your order has been shipped.
- An order tracking number will be provided or when it is ready for collection, depending on the option you chose at check-out.
- You will receive progress updates throughout the delivery process from our courier services by means of e-mail or messages that also serves as the tracking of your delivery.
- Please note that the courier services we use for deliveries only operate from Mondays to Fridays.
SHIPPING COST:
- A standard rate of R100 for shipping of a parcel will be charged and for outlying areas a rate of R150+
- Should your parcel exceed STANDARD limits, your shipping cost will be adjusted and you will be informed accordingly.
COURIER SERVICES:
- We make use of the services of TCG-The Courier Guy as our courier.
- All shipments are booked at the economy service option. Should you require an overnight delivery, please contact us via our listed contact methods to make arrangements for this.
