Supply Policy

• All products listed on the website are subject to availability.
• Product images may differ slightly from the actual product.
• Prices may change without prior notice; however, this does not affect paid orders.
• Orders are only confirmed once payment is received.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or stock unavailability. Full refunds will apply.

Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Glam Girl Accessories purchase. If you are not satisfied, the following return conditions apply:

Eligibility

• Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, earrings and pierced jewellery cannot be returned unless defective.
• Custom-made or personalised items are non-returnable unless defective.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective product or incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days and include clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return courier fees in cases of change of mind, incorrect size, or preference.
• If the item is defective or incorrect, Glam Girl Accessories covers all return shipping fees.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
• Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
• Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrectly delivered.
