Supply Policy
- All products listed on the website are subject to availability.
- Product images may differ slightly from the actual product.
- Prices may change without prior notice; however, this does not affect paid orders.
- Orders are only confirmed once payment is received.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or stock unavailability. Full refunds will apply.
Returns & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Glam Girl Accessories purchase. If you are not satisfied, the following return conditions apply:
Eligibility
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings and pierced jewellery cannot be returned unless defective.
- Custom-made or personalised items are non-returnable unless defective.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective product or incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days and include clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return courier fees in cases of change of mind, incorrect size, or preference.
- If the item is defective or incorrect, Glam Girl Accessories covers all return shipping fees.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrectly delivered.
